Maintanance of Cartoning Machine

1.Keep the machine clean. Don't clean the machine when it is running.

2.Lubricate the cam and drive chain once in 15-40 hours. Had better use No. 50 machine oil ( viscosity is 47-53mm/S50°C). Lubricate the gear mesh once in three months. Had better use NO. ZG-1 or ZG-2 calcium lube.

3.Had better stop the machine once in three months to ensure the machine run normal. Check the drive chain and drive parts.

4. Don't remove the machine randomly if there are troubles. Let technical workers repair it.
