YL-650 High Speed Case Packer Machine is a highly integrated automatic equipment, online with case forming and case filling and sealing three function. It online can finish case forming and push cartons into case and sealing case flap with tape, improve the packing efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers. According to the needs of customers to choose different specifications of the working mode, to achieve the diversified needs of users packing, better reflects the characteristics of automatic equipment and multi-function. This equipment adopts vacuum sucker pull down type, side push cartons into case, both sides sealing case flap, compact structure and reasonable layout, stable and efficient work.

Main material of equipment

1. Equipment base: the frame adopts high quality carbon steel or 304 stainless steel protection plate.

2. Components: carbon steel spray, 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy.

3. Conveying parts of carton: the transmission chain and sprocket are made of high quality carbon steel, the chain rail is made of ultra-high molecular nylon, and the baffle plate is made of 304 stainless steel.

4. Feeding and guide material parts: 304 stainless steel and POM mesh belt chain.

5. Sealing parts: high quality carbon steel.

6. Pneumatic components: SMC vacuum generator imported from Japan, Yadeke electromagnetic control valve, high quality brand cylinder.

7. Electrical components: Schneider and other brands of electrical, 10 inch touch screen display.
