Feature

(1) Food Cartoning Machine is a continuous operation, which adopts automatic box opening (suction), manual-folding (1-4 folding), unloading, feeding, batch numbering, box sealing, waste detection, and other processes (hot melt adhesive device can also be equipped ) has been installed), stable operation and convenient operation;

(2) The operating system is automatically controlled by servo stepping, PLC and man-machine interface, step-less frequency conversion, and speed regulation, and the degree of automation is high;

(3) It has the overload protection system of the whole machine, the overload protection system of the origami mechanism, and the overload protection system of the pusher. When there is an overload such as a paper jam, it will automatically stop, and the fault information will be displayed on the touch screen, which is convenient for maintenance and troubleshooting, reduces equipment damage, and ensures machine safety;

(4) The packaging procedure adopts the principle of packaging material priority. When there is no packaging material, no instructions, cartons, and packaging materials are extracted to ensure the product qualification rate and reduce the waste of packaging materials;

(6) Automatic shutdown without manual operation for 3 consecutive times, automatic shutdown and alarm if there is no carton;

(7) Various devices such as automatic feeders and conveying mechanisms can be designed according to customer requirements;

(8) When the packaging is changed within a certain range of specifications, there is no need to replace the mold again, just a simple adjustment;
