This video show you about molasses dossing machine and weight checker and YL-100 Cartoning machine and cellophane wrapping machine and boxing machine for 10small cartons into big box and overwrapping machine for big box. First fill 50g molasses to bag then carton online forming ,molasses sachet transport ,push molasses sachet into carton, carton sealing with print batch number on carton flap. Single carton wrapped by cellophane film ,then cartons transport to boxing machine which push 10cartons to forming box ,and close big box and seal by glue .final big box transport to overwrapping machine. The speed can do 50-60boxes/min which use YL-250 cellophane wrapping machine ,if speed reach 70-80boxes/min ,which use YL-300 cellophane wrapping machine machine.
